It is awesome to now have a location near my workplace, and we have already frequented it a few times. They are truth in advertising, being incredibly fast at making your sandwich, and delivering fresh bread and a great tasting product. I have yet to take them up on their delivery offer for even just one sandwich, but on a day when the office is hectic, I just might. It is yet another reason to not bother with Subway unless I absolutely have to, because this is just a much better option in both quality and speed. I also have to give them props for coming out to the local business to drum up business. They have visited our office (which I would say is about 1.5 to 2 miles away) twice now, handing out free sandwich samples and menus. Due to this effort, they have definitely seen an uptick in business from us as an office.

Yet another place about which everyone raves and I don't get it. Their meat is...wet? I just could think of SO many other better options...

Always out of something. I get off a plane and want a sandwich but getting one here is a pain in the ass. Out of bread, or their credit card machine is down or the order is not correct. Plus the music is so damn loud it's probably the reason they get your orders wrong. If they can't hear you, how can they get it right. Grow up and act like adults in business. Talk about squandering opportunity.

The sandwiches are disgusting. They only have nasty white bread, all sandwiches are cold, they can't toast the bread and the only cheese they have is provolone. I could have made a better sandwich at home. Waste of time and money, took one bite and threw that junk in the garbage can.

The food was good and the delivery was quick but the manager was rude and unprofessional. We ordered $33 worth of food and gave a $7 tip. We opened the bag to realize we were missing 2 of 3 cookies we purchased. When we called to resolve the issue we told the manager she could simply refund us the few dollars or send out our missing cookies. She questioned us multiple times saying her drivers both checked the bag. Well it was pretty obvious there were 1, not 3. She then said she'd have to terminate a driver bc they must be lying. Why would you say that to a costumer? Love jimmy johns but will likely not be spending our money at this location.

Im only giving this place 5 stars because i know of the potential that it has. Jimmy johns has finally come to my neighborhood, and i am SO happy. I will no longer have to make a choice of having to go to winter park or longwood, i can go to this one. Whenever I go to jimmy johns its always the same sandwich for me, a big john with everything on it, plus avocado and cucumbers, and it has never failed me yet. Once you walk in, be sure to look up at the menu as it is vast. Im pretty sure anything you get from their menu will be great. All their sandwich are clean and simple, no need for special sauces or whatnots. All they need is their wonderful bread and meats and they have that winning combo of a good sandwich. They pride themselves on being freaky fast and in the past they have been freaky fast, but being that they have only been open under a week my 1st experience there was only fast. Im sure with-in a few weeks they will be just fine. Can't wait for the next time im craving a jimmy johns sandwich, because now i have this one to go to.
